Mission: Manhattan Beach
The challenge: update the exterior of a beach house while incorporating the newly installed windows and without incurring any major structural changes. Matt's solution: add layers, mixed media, and a cantilevered false flat roof to modernize the lines, add depth and color, and help the house match its stunning location, a corner lot right on Manhattan Beach with unobstructed views of the Pacific and Santa Monica Mountains.
